CCI Velocitor's are the best high velocity .22 ammo I have ever used. Not only are they very accurate, but they're consistant and they feed flawlessy through my Ruger 10/22. I would highly recommend CCI Velocitor's to anybody looking for a great high velocity .22 load.

These are the fastest and most accurate 40 grain, 22 LR bullets that I have ever used. The Gold Dot bullet does it's job, just like it's bigger brothers, and it is well worth the cost.

The CCI Velocitor is the best high velocity 22 round I have ever used. They feed, cycle & shoot great out of my Ruger 10/22. I recommend CCI Velocitor's to anybody looking for a high velocity 40 grain 22 round.

In the spring of 2009 I was walking down one of the many dry washes here in Northwestern New Mexico. As always I had my Marlin 39A with me,loaded of course with CCI Velocitors. This is the only .22 ammo I use.They are unbeliveably accurate and powerful. I walked around a bend in the wash and came face to face with a very mangy, very agressive coyote. He did not run away as they usually do,but seemed to be ready to attack. I picked up a rock and threw at him, but this only seemed to anger him. When he snapped his jaws I shot him in the Chest from about ten yards. He yelped and ran up a dirt bank and out of sight. I went ahead and finished my walk and on the way back out I saw him laying,very dead, just a few feet over the top of the wash. I will always believe he was rabid. This confirmed everything I have heard about Velocitors. Coyotes are very tough animals when they are healthy, and if he was rabid it probably made him that much harder to kill.

Performs well, feeds well, no misfires. A good compromise between Stingers and regular ammo. Great for both target shooting and hunting.

I am extremely impressed with the results out of my 22 barrel, stainless steel, 2003 model year Walmart exclusive, Ruger 10/22. Under acceptable shooting conditions, my groups measured 1/4 - 1 1/4 inches ranging from 25 -55 yards from a very solid bench rest. These results are the best I have achieved from any brand of .22 ammo ]except CCI solid 40 grainers[. This is good enough for me considering that I only paid $199.00 for the rifle. I had no ammo jams or FTFs with this ammo, something I experienced with most other brands. I''ve tried both 37 and 40 grain ammo in my rifle and it definitely favors 40 grainers ]bullet weigh being something critical to consider, even with .22 ammo[. I''ve read a lot of posts about the downside of shooting hyper-velocity rounds out of semi-autos, especially 10/22s. I''m not an expert and therefore cannot doubt anyone''s opinion and claims. However, my opinion is that if a gun is rated for .22 LR ammo, then it should be okay to shoot it-bottom line. I can''t wait to get out and do some squirrel hunting with this ammo. If I do my part, I am quite confident that the velocitors with take care of business.

i shoot a walther kk300 aluminium stocked target rifle 24 inch barrel, with cci velocitors 1435ft 40grn at 100yrds i get a quarter inch 3 shot groups bench resting...philip

The powder in these 22 LR bullets are the cleanest burning that I have ever used. Just like shooting a center fire ctg. Also the 40 grain Gold Dot really packs a punch. I will give it a five star plus rating.
